Pau D’Arco - reduces yeast and candida in the body. Clears fungal build up or fungal acne. This herb is anti inflammatory and can help reduce pain in hsv flare ups and boils.

Nettle- improves urinary tract health. This herb is anti histamine and can help reduce allergy symptoms. Can lower blood pressure. Helps increase iron levels and can also be used as an anti inflammatory.

Red raspberry leaf- helps strengthen the uterus. Reduces blood clotting and menstrual pain. Helps balance hormones. Increases lactation.
